What Solara Is
Solara is a refined monthly online training and mentorship space for women leaders and their communities who want to feel strong in their bodies, steady in their nervous systems, and clear in their minds—without adding more pressure to already full lives.
Through intentional movement, mindful awareness, and simple, powerful practices, Solara helps you create space—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can lead, live, and respond with clarity instead of overwhelm.
This is not about going deeper into “yoga.”It’s about feeling better in your body and more like yourself in your life.

Thursdays (7–8 AM)
Strong, slow flow to build strength, stability, and resilience in your body
Sundays (8–9 AM)
Calming, spacious sessions to release tension and restore clarity
Each session is designed to help you:

- Move with more freedom and less tension
- Build sustainable strength (not burnout-driven force)
- Access calm, clear thinking—even under pressure

- A yoga mat
- 2 yoga blocks (ideally 4 inches wide)
- A strap (or a belt/bathrobe tie)

Meet Anita
Anita is a vitality-driven Kinesiologist, Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, yoga teacher, and retreat host devoted to helping you feel strong in your body, clear in your mind, and fully present in your life.
With over 25 years of experience as a leader in health and movement, her work blends science-based understanding with mindful, intentional practices that support real, lasting change. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and designed to meet you where you are—whether in classes, workshops, retreats, or inside Solara.
Since beginning her yoga journey in 2019, Anita has completed over 1000 hours of training, weaving together ancient wisdom, modern movement, and nervous system support to create experiences that build strength, restore balance, and cultivate calm clarity.
Her path to this work was shaped through a decade of personal transformation, navigating profound life challenges that ultimately deepened her connection to self, resilience, and purpose.
Today, Anita creates spaces where you can slow down, reconnect, and move through life with greater ease, energy, and alignment.

As a purpose driven entrepreneur for over 20 years Anita found that after a challenging marriage and divorce she felt lost. For 10 years she searched to find the missing piece lacking in her creativity, vision, motivation and divinely guided action.
Through many courses, travels, experiences Anita has found her way back to her, her spirit guide and vitality in life, love, family and business once again.
